This ebook was an eye opener and helped me identify what it is I’ve been doing and going through. I’ve been on a never ending cycle of start and stop. I try starting new habits and then stop. I start a new routine then stop. I start and stop without ever really accomplishing anything. This ebook helped me identify and come up with a different approach to break the cycle.
